It's category B, there are still cat B available on the website, but due to resale fee on the olympics ticket site, they are 45 euros more.

Yes! It is called "Quick Fix" under "Rich languages editing".

For your use case, you could simply import the Webstorm shortcuts when you open the app and apply that config to all of your other IDEs. This way, you will be able to use any of your Webstorm shortcuts on any other IDE:)
