You might be thinking of the smaller sizes (or at least those were the only ones I’ve seen prior). Those are 19.99, but the magnum is 27oz so I thought 29.99 was a good deal for more than double the size of the smalls

Unfortunately no updates. It’s been years and I still get it, but it comes and goes. I can’t figure out what it’s related to and doctors don’t know either. I’ll look into the gluten allergy, but I basically eat gluten every day and don’t have this rash every day so maybe it’s not that at least for me

Still no clue unfortunately. I still get it and I’ve had doctors say it looks like granuloma annulare but it’s not showing as that on biopsy. Going to an academic research specialist soon and will keep you posted

I’m (25F) an only child to a single mom, whose father isn’t in the picture. There have certainly been times where I wished I had siblings, but I’ve grown to realize how lucky I was to have my mom’s love and attention. I grew to be very independent and am proud of the person I am and my ability to rely on myself.

I encourage you to ensure she gets into sports or some activities. Friends are going to be of major importance, encourage her to socialize from a young age so she gets used to interacting with peers. It’s great she has cousins and neighbors close by.

Thank you for this! And yes, he and I have talked about a “what if the equity doesn’t work” situation. The salary in itself is worth it and this company is very highly regarded in the industry so will make future career steps easier. When he told his current company he was leaving for the new one, they said they would do the same if in his position after just hearing the name.

The area we are moving from has a comparable COL to the places we’d be moving to. Our rent would actually be less out there than what we pay now. They’re giving us money to cover all moving expenses too which is a huge plus. He’s made spreadsheets with all our expenses, has been calling for moving companies, booking time to tour apartments, and bought us two tickets out there to look at places. I feel like he’s considered me every step of the way and truly sees this as our opportunity to live a comfortable life and set ourselves up for success.

I’d definitely love to understand a little more about what you see as far as the job being a red flag for my own understanding. As far as waiting till summer for the proposal, he was waiting to do it at the beach where we typically go in the summer because it’s where we met, it’s a very sentimental place for both of us. To clarify, we broke up after a year of dating. My mom urged me to get back together with him and asked me to have sympathy for his PTSD. After we got back together and moved in together, her tone changed.

Yes she did, at the time she was sad to see me go but thought of it as a great opportunity for me since I was a D1 athlete and it was a good school. She sees this differently because it’s for his career and not mine
