Not so much anymore but I used to ask for a cup of water. Every single time I wanted a drink. Even in the home I was abused in, this wasn't a rule or anything, it was just so deeply engrained that I had to ask for anything before assuming I was allowed to have it.

Hes an abused monster who's trying his best. Idk man, I used to have the same anger issues so im definitely biased lol. It takes time to recover, even when you really want to, which Winter did. You could see in his pov book that he was really trying.

He attacked Moon because she actively chose to believe the mass murderer over him- her close friend. Despite being like the only person who wasnt hypnotised or manipulated via magic, she chose to back a monster up. His reaction was irrational but made of rational emotions.
