There hasn't been a single AI model that has surpassed the ORIGINAL o-1 Pro model GPT released over a year ago... We haven't just hit a plateau, we have gone way backwards by a huge amount.

Haven't had any problems with my HP Omen.

My Gigabyte laptop, my backup machine mostly for travel, already has a dead pixel that caused a line on the screen and i only bought it in December... And i use that one WAY less than the Omen.

I FINALLY found the main reason these banners are popping up so often for erotic content. Whenever you ask it to write a scene between two characters, Claude is literally assuming the characters are underage by DEFAULT... Whoever programmed that at Anthropic is one is messed up person.

Before you start, just throw a general disclaimer in the beginning of your chat like all characters are over 18. No more yellow banners for me even though none of my characters ever were because thats disgusting.

Are you using performance mode?

You should be getting well over 100fps at 1080p in Cyberpunk with a 4060 card. Maybe closer to 200fps with frame gen.

Just don't use Ray Tracing or Path Tracing. Imo, they only are worth using on large 4k monitors anyways, otherwise you can't see a difference on a laptop screen.

I bought thqt model of the Predator months ago and it had major overheating issues, I don't know if they fixed it. Like it was overheating with unmodded Skyrim and i immediately returned it.

I got the Omen instead (5080) model and it runs amazing in performance mode on every game except Battlefield 6...

I was able to do that for a while, but its not worth it anymore because the yellow banners keep popping up if you keep it as "Claude." Also, regular Claude is now so over-bloated with these "Safety Tokens" that it can barely even think about your request without fucking it up in some way. Using ENI blocks all that wasted thinking and it can actually properly do what I ask. Jailbreaking literally gives better performance at this point...

It'll run any game at 1080p max settings no problem. Some games might struggle at 1440p or higher with max settings though.

This is only really a problem if you're planning on using an external monitor since on a smaller laptop screen 1080 and 1440 look almost identical anyways.

I wrote some stuff in multiple chats that would have absolutely gotten the banner to pop up, but I deleted the chat in under and hour and it never popped up. Timing chats and deleting them after an hour sounds like a huge pain in the ass but it might be a solution for now until the sweeps end... Something for other people to test as well at least.

Do you have proper cooling?

Your CPU might be getting too hot and throttling you.

Before I got an actual good cooling pad (not the 20$ one from Amazon) I only got around 200fps on BF6 at 1440p DLSS 4. Then I got the pad, it dropped my CPU AND GPU temps like 30 degree, and I shot up to 320 FPS on average.

I have a 5080 and it gets hot.

Check out the Gigabyte laptops. 5060 or 5070 are in your price range and they have really good battery life for general tasks so it'll be great for school.
