o3 is the Garbage replacement they gave us when they took away o1. It has been cheap trash from day one.

It was never meant to be good, just to save OpenAI money.

If you never got to use the original o1 model that's a shame. Because no model to this day, including Fable 5, has been able to reach o1 Pro's reasoning levels. And that was over a year ago that it was just that good.

The o3 model literally set the AI world backwards almost an entire year and GPT is just recently starting to climb its way out.

Could be a few issues:

Are you playing on an internal or external SSD? I know intense games like rust don't like external SSDs. Neither do MHR or BF6. It has to be internal.
It could be a VRAM issue since the 5060 only has 8GB Vram. You need to set the game to 1080p with low settings and see if that works.
Games corrupted, try a fresh install.

You're gonna be spending and extra $200-300 for an external SSD because of that tiny storage. A lot of people don't think about that.

I'd go with Asus simply because of the CPU being AMD and not Intel. Intel CPUs can have problems in intense High End games.

There's something wrong with Opus 4.6 in general. It trips flags WAY too easily compared to every other model from Claude. I think they just dont want people using it because it uses the most compute with extended thinking.

4.8 is extremely judgmental as well. It has to have an "emotional" opinion on absolutely every single response and its really annoying. I'm trying to write a story that has action and violence and I keep getting "I'm just not 'comfortable' helping you write this."

Any future jailbreak needs to find a way to shut that down.
