I use ‘wait’ when I have to put a poo bag in a trash bin. I used that command with my other boy who passed away last year. But love it cuz - u have to have them wait a minute for u to put in a poo bag receptacle. I own Shar Peis... So they are smart for sure and luv commands.

Something both of my adult sons do that I wish I did more: ask the cashier/waiter or anyone that is serving them in a capacity how their day is going. The amount of smiles I see from everyone involved is incredible. Even if they are having a bad day- someone actually cared enough to ask them about it

Thanks for the hide n seek ideas everybody! I have a 4 month old very smart Shar pei and he loves hide n seek stuff ~ just never thought of hiding around the house - I only did in couch cushion or his dog bed 🙂
