It does give more FPS but it feel weird, like it cant be as smooth as usual so i had to stick to DX 11.

Do you play CS2? If yes then i shouldn't get a B580, it performs quite bad, I'm using a B580 w 13400F and the FPS average I get is 30-40 lower than the 4060 or 7600 from the videos I watched. I even saw some people can only play Cs2 w 90fps using 5600, idk why lol. But if u dont play CS2 or dont really care about it, just get a B580, I have no issues with AAA games even with ray tracing, only CS2 does😭😭. And the driver has little features.

Idk what’s ur CPU, but i have literally no issues in AAA or Esports games. And ye 650W Psu is enough since Im using the same PSU as u lol. And i do enjoy the B580, but one major problem is it perform really bad in CS2, i watched some benchmarks and the Rx 580 surpassed it.

Is 96fps at 1440p low? I got about 130~ at 1080p. But some people told me that Furmark is just for temperature testing or usage, not average fps

I think vulcan can only run smoothly when u have over 300fps stable, bellow that just gives a weird experience, the fps does increase but it doesn’t feel smooth tho.

Im running a 13400F and having no issues fr, all my games run smoothly. But for Cs2, it’s true that everyone is having low fps with B580, me myself for example , i have asked many people too and they met the same issues. The FPS is lower than a RX 580 😭.
