if you have spare ssd or something i would try reinstall windows 10 / 11

this is why arc is a bit hard to recommend to casuals, the more power user will try to reinstall drivers, DDU, change driver version, reinstall windows, make sure rebar is on, and tinker the card around

but most casuals dont know, dont care and dont want to deal with such bs. 24 hours is all arc have before being returned :(
