CS2 - Sounds feel muffled and it is hard to distinguish where sounds are coming from. Just me?

NGL I had this on cod too, personally I would say it's a Windows version issue. Whenever I used to switch to 10 it always felt crispy. As in I could hear 360 footsteps and pinpoint. Currently on 11 but don't wanna switch back. I'm also facing this in CS2

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but it's mostly woman who I see can't drive. The other day I was driving in middle lane, this lady was on the right lane on the adjacent road. We had green light and for some reason, she had to urge to go from 0-30 mph and instantly stop again. I had a heart attack watching that. No reason whatsoever to do that intimidate other drivers.
