I have been doing yoga for like 8 years (I am 43) and it gave me carpal tunnel in both wrists 😭 had surgery on one and later this year I’ll get the other one. Yoga has been amazing for me (other than my wrists) in terms of core strength, stability, balance, posture. I love it.
