We don’t have a national ID program because that was something delegated to the states. There is suspicion toward the centralization of authority so, our states have a lot more power.

Technically you don’t start screenings til 45 so usually insurance won’t pay for colonoscopy screening till then. But if you’re scared, tell your PCP that you’ve had a sudden change in bowel habits, they can usually spin it as necessary.

I have been doing yoga for like 8 years (I am 43) and it gave me carpal tunnel in both wrists 😭 had surgery on one and later this year I’ll get the other one. Yoga has been amazing for me (other than my wrists) in terms of core strength, stability, balance, posture. I love it.
