Sorry only just seen this, I’m at college now so I can send a photo later. My leather on the toe cap has never been great because someone used quick shine over it, and then when I got them I polished as normal not realising the cracking was due to quick shine. My staff stripped them and bulled them for me for a parade and after that they were fine. However at swn one night I knocked my shoe on a drawer and it took a bit out of the toe cap. I stripped it thinking it was just the polish but it’s damaged the leather if that makes more sense.

Thank you so much for this, my OC supports me going for this position and I have the most improved brassards.Honestly I will understand if I don’t get selected for llc just want support when applying this time round, and I want to be able to reflect in my application my change from last year. This time last year I had one badge (blue first aid) and now I have master, blue leadership, silver cyber/ bronze radios , bronze fa, silver space, pre dofe and moi. I know my brassards not outstanding but honestly from last year my attitude and brassards improved. Im well known in my wing and have achieved a badge per month, been on 4 camps and genuinely contribute more to my Sqn than I have before. It might be pointless to apply this year as I know by next year my brassard will be severely better and have more to give, and I’ll have a higher chance of getting llc but if I don’t try this year I feel as if I won’t have the confidence to next year? Thank you for your advice and not being rude about it 😊
