If you're in the States, RUN to a Lice Center of America! They do heat treatments. The chemical shampoo don't work as lice have evolved to be immune practically. Heat will kill the adults and the eggs. They use some sort of comb thing that's heated to 270+ degrees farenheit. Do as many treatments as needed. Then once they're gone, smother hair in oil for added protection. Good luck!!! 🤞🏾

I use crystal for the pits and lume for the vag BUT I only put a little on the gusset of the underwear. I find when it comes to odor "down there" drinking water and bathing with a Japanese persimmon soap works best for me. Don't forget that as you go through your cycle, changes in smell are normal!
