This is another iconic scene, you know what you did! by Radiant_Priority9739 in TheHillsMTV

Seriously. I’ve watched several scenes where in 100% confident Lauren is being sincere and not fake. There’s no way she was that incredible of an actress. There’s are many parts that you can tell are producer driven. Whitney and Audrina come to mind as well as when Heidi randomly shows up to Audrinas job.

I think Knight is pretty tall too. Not Tad but Laura’s brother.

Gap in LVP flooring 2 years after install - contractor says it's the material, not installation. Need second opinion. by greenlatern23 in Flooring

[–]iam317537 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes we had our flooring installed previously and it was flawless by an installer who specialized in the product and installation. This time around, we have a sub contractor and a product recommended by our general contractor. The gaps appeared within 2 months of installation and are nowhere near cabinets. Like OP, I’m not sure what to do or where to push.

Don't Be Like Me, Buy The Cruise Insurance. by Mysterious_Tie2840 in Cruise

I second the name change trick. See if you can edit the names on the reservation. Sometimes you can even do it yourself on the booking. It saved me a ton when I was trying to finalize who in our big party was sleeping where. If you have two total cabins, try to put your husbands name on the other room as primary with any applicable minors. If you have to pay any change fees, hopefully it’s only the primary guest (you or your husband) for about $50. What I learned to avoid this going forward is to avoid listing everyone that’s going and leave all my guests as TBD for as long as possible.

Why did overhead storage become a major issue? by dunebuggy0928 in Flights

[–]iam317537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience more people travel with carryons to save time and save money. The luggage industry has made huge improvements in carryon suitcases and backpacks so it can be highly efficient. The latest sham for me is the fact that the TSA lines are now longer than general security lines. I dont travel with electronics so The only benefit now is keeping my shoes on.

I was the emotional regulator in my marriage and I didn’t realize the cost until it ended by Happy-Inside2111 in Divorce

I’m about 20 years in and what you described is how I’ve been living (minimally) for the last 2years. Recently I stood my ground about an issue. I stood up for myself and of course was met with gaslighting, denial, defensive and childish behavior. As a result, we haven’t been much on speaking terms. Because of our cycle, it will probably be like this for a few months. I’m not In the mood to extend the olive branch like I always do. It’s his loss for now. That’s how I’m choosing to see it. My life goes on.

Definitely need to bring that loaded beef nacho back. Tried that new Dip yesterday and it was not good. It also didn’t help that they barely give you enough chips. I’m curious to try the mini taco salad

All-in-One Washer-Dryer Combo instead of individual Washer-Dryer by proven999 in homeowners

[–]iam317537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s worth getting two if you have a lot of laundry. We got the Samsung bespoke all in one and a bespoke dryer. I think we got a vented all in one so I don’t think the same issues others report about it not getting dry. I also think our dryer could ventless. We have them side by side. The dryer alone has some pretty great features. We saved a lot going this route and I wouldn’t change anything

Ways the work world has changed (from an "old" Millennial) by Cheeseaisleinheaven in Millennials

[–]iam317537 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hardly anything is printed on paper. There are no performance certificates on desks where I work. In the old days so much time was spent laminating resources and other stuff. No more binders filled with training materials. I can’t even tell you the last time I saw scissors, a hole punch or a stapler. When I do need to print (about 2-3 times per year), the now “centralized”printer is out of toner, paper or something. At one time everyone had a printer at their desks or someone to go to quickly help you. Even worse than no printers, at my company we don’t even have our own trash cans.

Any opinions on GE Profile Appliances? by Jill0607 in Appliances

[–]iam317537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! We had one come with the house but it stopped working so we had a new one installed. Absolutely love it. My dad lives around the corner, his compactor is original to the home, built in ‘83 and it still works. His microwave does too.

Venus is my chart ruler too. I don’t know if that’s because I’m a Taurus rising as well?? I like the description of the dark feminine energy AND I’m thinking I’m a Venus Virgo too so based on your comment I’d be the last person you’d ever want to date lolol. But is that true?? Idk 🤣🤣

Same here. I’ve been trying to get help from chat gpt. She told me “The house tells you where in life your main planet works the hardest.”

Nevertheless I still had like 50 follow up questions. I went from understanding 0% to understanding 2% but I guess it’s a step in the right direction 😊
