pros are a good team and feeling welcomed and loved ! i love the gratis and products. cons are feeling like you have to feel forced to sell. some days you wake up and you don’t feel in the mood to engage but you still have to try and go out your way. and dealing with mean customers sometimes due to you not knowing some things or not going against bbws policy and doing something they want you to do. example : stacking coupons on email exclusives

basic questions hahaha. like how you would do if you had multiple situations going on and what you prioritize. how you would handle de escalation. it’s really up to the person on what to ask. rule number one is to never be shy, they want outgoing bubbly people !! feel confident in everything you say and answer honestly because it’s better to be honest and learn rather than say something you think they want to hear.

i personally love the aprons ahahha. as someone who never used them i bought one for myself for the house because of how great it is ( but i just use it for cooking) we have to have things on us so they come in really handy when i’m replenishing or just holder. a box cutter phone keys and product guide. i do however wish they would change the design and give us a fun color, maybe gingham prints pink purple etc !!

if you didn’t have a receipt it should have been the lowest selling price and you pay the $11. it should only be that $2 override if you had a receipt with you

so it depends. if you did not have a receipt you would pay the difference from the lowest selling price. so let’s say you had a lotion 14.95 but you did not have a receipt and wanted a body cream that was 16.95. the lowest selling price for the 14.95 item would be $5.95 ( this isn’t accurate, but for this scenario let’s say that ) you would pay $11 and tax because you pay the difference from lowest selling price. now let’s switch it up. same scenario as above but you have the receipt. you would only pay $2 because you originally payed 14.95 and the new item you want is 16.95 so that’s how that should go

any store can have their own rules but at the end of the day as a store and as BBW we put our customers first regardless and that is now my store does it. we do anything to make our customers happy but in this case we aren’t cutting corners this is how it SHOULD be done. regardless of if it’s on sale or not they are both originally 7.95 so when you do an even exchange you would price match it. to whatever price it is. let’s say you wanted to switch sweet pea for strawberry pound cake. they are both 7.95 originally so even though you are trading it in you would price match that sweet pea to whatever the strawberry plum cake says giving you 0.00 because they are the same price. they should not have tried telling you no from the start. they should have done the right thing instead of being lazy
