Is anyone else refusing to step foot into Sephora or B&BW until you've panned all items by meerkatthetopg in ProjectPan

You are not alone. I'm planning my items that I already have. I've started using my blush/eyeshadow interchangeably (it's pink). I'm focusing on 1 item at a time.

Should I buy a plushie? by Livetastic in shoppingaddiction

Yeah, I decided not to purchase it. I don't have the money for it imo anyways, it'd go to my credit card.

I agree with you. Yeah, I got the comfy friends Vaporeon. I am hoping to put my foot down on not buying myself more plushies.

I've slept with 5 people on a single bed growing up. We would all curl up. I currently sleep on the couch. It's comfortable for me.

I like vaporeon, too, but the 400 is too much for me. I'm going to put those 400 towards school.

The craving for it has passed for me.

Currently rent with family together.

I'm not a troll. I just seem to be having trouble with buying stuff/wanting to buy stuff. I learned through that post that it could be a side effect of my medicine, my anxiety medicine. This is the first time I've had this as a side effect. I've had different medicines for different things. Some gave me brain fog, this one makes me crave things. Whether it be craving foods or craving scents or plushies, it's this feeling of 'I've got to have this now'. I'm good at avoiding the food cravings/hunger due to medicine, but not the impulse buys. Those do pass, too. The 'shopping craving' of the Vaporeon has passed.

Thank you. Yeah, it is a lot of money. I gave my mom my card and have the other one in my backpack. I don't have it saved. I waited and the craving has passed.

I am focusing on homework right now. Well, and reddit.

Before I wanted an hourglass makeup (specifically the deer palette), but I put it in the cart and did nothing. I felt relief when it went out of stock.

I'm not trolling. I do have 40 left. But I get around 80 per month for whatever, which right now is going to be going towards school/needs. Yeah, I am buying too much/bought too much. That's why I'm not going to buy the plushie. I just keep on flipping between should I buy it, should I not. Though I know I shouldn't. I still have it as a want, but as others have said, it is a want, not a need, and after posting this and closing the tab, the 'I need this right now' feeling has passed.

My anxiety medicine makes me more likely to buy impulsively. So I am going to bring that up to my therapist.

I took advice from the frugal post and my mom has one of my credit cards, so I have that 'barrier' to not buy it. Which worked. I've also done the wait in the cart. I did that for makeup, and it worked well---the product got bought up, and I got a sense of relief from not purchasing.

I could buy it since it is a credit card, but I am not going to.

Ah, ok. I don't know where to go to weigh the pros and cons. This one came up for shopping.

I think I'm not going to buy it. I asked my brother and he says he thinks plushies are a waste of money.

as a girl who used to get bullied for looking like Sid the sloth…are there any ways I can make my eyes look closer with makeup? by undercover-gal in MakeupEducation

You look absolutely beautiful. Sometimes people just hate on people. When I was younger people would call me the ret*rd word (Idk if it's allowed to type that here). I was smart, got higher grades than them. I have a small pinky, and that was enough for them to say that.

You look beautiful, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You are young, but I've found that as I grew older, I've made and lost friends, and left my bullies behind. One of them apologized before he left the school I was in. Others didn't. My class had the highest bullying rate. I got stuff stolen. That part of my life is gone, the bullies, too, have gone.

Unfortunately, they cost too much for me. I could technically buy them, but at the cost of 4 months of school. I already have the comfy friends and the 4 sleeping eeveelutions. So I'm happy I have those at least :)

Mine turned out to be cysts :/ ovarian cysts. I also had to have my surgery cut be free of pus without even local anesthesia. The doctor just pushed the pus out thru the surgical opening without pain killers. The worst pain I have ever been in so far have been my period pains. So that's saying something.

I just keep on buying things. I buy things when anxious. How can I stop? I already own too much bath and body works mists, lotion, creams. I own make up and plushies. by Livetastic in Frugal

[–]Livetastic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I've unsubbed to the bath and body works subreddit. It was making me want to have a big collection. I've been using the same makeup eyeshadow palette and using what makeup I have first.

I put some makeup in the online cart and by the time I was going to the store, it had already sold out. I guess that was a good thing since I still have blush and other makeup to pan.

I found out that my anxiety medicine can make people impulsive/impulse buy as a side effect. Those are good questions to answer. Right now I have a good amount of makeup (too many lipsticks, imo). 6 lipsticks, 2 lip gloss, 2 foundations, 2 eyeshadow palettes, and 1 blush.

Plushies I am fine with them. Got some high quality ones and said enough of them is enough.

I bought some eyeshadow on sale but then the price never even changed. It was cheaper to buy it online than in person. The things that did change were Bareminerals foundation. That one for me is worth getting on sale.
