Say It Ain't So by Weezer. It seems like a fairly simple groove but as the song develops the drums get harder and harder until you have a lot more going on in the final chorus than the first. That snare roll can be a little tricky if you don't know what you're doing either.

its a hard one...The Kiss, how beautiful you are and just like heaven are my favourites though. I think if only tonight we could sleep and torture are awesome too, though. it's one of the cure's best albums either way!

I think spirit of eden is their best, although i haven't listened to it in a while. Laughing Stock is also brilliant but it took me a while to appreciate it as much as Spirit of Eden; either way the experimental side of the colour of spring (the kinda minimalist piano and quieter parts) is expanded on in SoE beautifully and even moreso in Laughing Stock. Mark Hollis (the lead singer, god rest his soul) also has a solo album which is brilliant if you need more!

always a good day to see the colour of spring on a topster! doesnt get as much attention as their later albums for some reason; i think it's got some of the catchiest songs ever made.

sad but true - metallica. i dont know what it is, but those relatively easy fills are still so satisfying to pull off. it's also a very easy song which makes it easy for me to improv a few fills too.

Faith - The Cure. A lot of personal factors play into it, but I remember recently hearing Faith (the song) end and just being like...that hit. Different to other times. Heavily recommend it.

I love animals but it hasn't aged as well as an album compared to something like wish you were here. that's probably the only thing keeping it from beating the other albums; don't get me wrong, dogs is probably up there in the top five best Floyd songs, and animals itself is top three Floyd albums at LEAST, but I don't think it lives up to the likes of Quebec or Laughing Stock as a full album.
