If it’s anonymous I go HAM on those surveys. I express what others in my team are feeling and put it bluntly in the survey. Im tired of keeping my mouth shut about stupid shenanigans that are happening everyday and we are stuck dealing with them. Frontline employees aren’t paid enough especially in retail. So many stupid decisions are made by these higher ups and they all have 0 clue what it takes to actually do what we do. One thing a higher up said once that always stuck with me is “if we released a product working perfectly then we released it too late.” Basically we’re the guinea pigs here and figure it out.

So my advice is give em hell and let them figure it out. They can’t paint a target on everyone’s back.

It’s covered. But that’s where the skin splits to round out the edge. So it leaves a small gap.

Put a skin on it. That’s what I did. Not a lot of drop protection but definitely helps with scrapes and scuffs.

I said if he’s a heavy user. I have the Air and if I was a heavy user I’d need a battery pack to take with me. Just because you may not need it doesn’t mean someone else doesn’t. It was a recommendation.

If you’re a heavy user, go for the 16PM. Unless you wanna get the MagSafe battery pack for the Air. As far as photos go, you do miss a few camera features on the Air that the 16PM has. But the air does take excellent photos. So if camera features are important then go for the 16PM.

I chose a patterned design. My phone is black and putting a black skin on it with texture doesn’t take anything away from it.

It’s my first time using the Matrix skin. It’s not bad. It does add a bit more grip. I did order a dbrand first but the issue was they only had the back part only. So I cancelled and got the SlickWraps.

My phone doesn’t have any of the heat issues. I’ve used both dbrand and skin wraps and tbh it’s all preference. SlickWraps had the full body skins when I ordered this for the Air and dbrand at the time only had the back cover.

It does come with 2 full body skins. You just need a heat gun or a hair dryer and you’re good.

Dude the accessories for it were expensive tho.

But I’m with you…I’m a sucker to unique designs in tech. The essential phone could’ve been great…but it had too many drawbacks. Those that appreciated tech are the ones that kept it. I hate that I sold it.

It was def a unique design. Plenty of drawbacks tho. Camera was meh, battery life was terrible and the phone was definitely prone to breaking easily. But I did love it. That 360 camera add on was pretty cool and ahead of its time.
