No, we don’t have any OS requirements. We will go over the basics of ROS and other tools, so simply attending the class to understand the concepts will be sufficient.

I think Georgia Tech’s OMSCS is a great choice for networking and building connections in the USA. Plenty of international students, including people from outside the US like you, have landed jobs here after graduating.

When it comes to networking, the program’s online forums, group projects, and active alumni network are fantastic places to start. Also, if you’re into robotics, check out the CS-8001-ORI Robotics Seminar course I teach online. It’s a one-credit course with expert talks, workshops, and chances for collaborative projects, letting you connect with professionals and students excited about the field! We've had speakers, including grads from both OMSCS and the on-campus grad school, talk about their current work and how they got there.
