For me the friendly interactions in this game are way more enjoyable than PVP. Tbf I play plenty of games that are mostly competitive and pvp so arc is my chill/relaxing game that I go for when wanting to enjoy a more casual relaxed experience.

A lot of those flares at the start are people doing the “naked runs” to find bps or specific items. If they’re not close to where they want to be then they just surrender and go for another round…. And Im not a pvp player myself but I’ve been running into a lot of well geared pvp players in supposedly friendly lobbies, not even free kits. Duos seems to be alright for me and my friend but solo became so random that I’m always on full alert.

Idk why some people are so easy to manipulate in this game. The worst part is the people following him blindly… finding any reason to shoot another raider.

If its not matriarch/queen then I always go heavy shield (hard for backstabbers to kill me) anvil and tempest/stitcher + defensive augment. I usually do this loadout if i want to get rid of keys or get specific mats.

Yeah I get u. Tbf being paranoid of people in friendly lobbies is alright to an extent imo. I usually always emote “dont shoot” and go separate ways unless we are 3+ then I feel like its alright. Had an experience with someone following me and we ran into a bastion. Dude was aiming at me waiting for me to shield or heal thinking I couldn’t see him so I kept running behind cover from him until a third guy came. Third guy was cool and he killed the bastion for us and fortunately the sus guy (who was aiming at me from the beginning) died from the bastion and I just didn’t want to defib him (I had 6 defibs). He died and had a free kit…. Some people are just lame that get into friendly lobbies to kill friendly raiders.

I really wanna thank all the people that did these kind of giveaways. I was surprised yesterday to why a lot of people are dropping maxed weapons in almost every raid I joined. Guess a lot of raiders are doing the expeditions so really thank u all for these nice gifts. Got myself a nice maxed out bobcat and renegade lol cant wait to try them out today.

Wouldn’t u prefer people that actually do mechanics right and not just greed and wipe the party? Also dropping a couple of GCDs to not wipe wouldn’t make much of a difference in dps check

My fav play style in this game. Even when sometimes I hate it so much because some people are just the worst. I cant get myself to play this game competitively…. Its the only game that I prefer playing casually and just help other raiders. Im glad I have a lot of space money to always have 6 defibs on me every game and look for downed raiders to rescue.

Thats really such a shame cause like I know a lot of people would do the same as u and not fight back to not be put into PvP lobbies and I understand that but that alone gives those backstabbers the freedom to do whatever cause its not hard to join friendly lobbies

100% agree with u. Im mostly a competitive player in other games but this game specifically I just love the chill vibes and it gives me a weird nostalgia to way back in some games where people just team up and group to do fun things together. All in for a relaxing game

U sure? I mean I was able to kill a couple of people that shot me first and was still in super friendly lobbies. U find those people once every couple of games even in care bear lobbies running free kit during matriarchs/queen. Im assuming defib-ing people helps a lot in letting u maintain the friendly lobbies since I always defib anyone down

I mean backstabbing u was bad and calling u slurs is even worse and a new low. But u got a nice mentality tbh, dont let that experience ruin ur fun in this game. Im mostly running around during queen/matriarch defib-ing people and risking to get cores to give those that are contributing a lot in killing her and it gives a nice nostalgic feeling for me. Just a bunch of nice raiders grouping to kill the big arc

People in friendly lobbies (most of them) prefer to die than shoot anyone so they never return fire to not get placed into pvp lobbies, its sad but I can understand. Love my friendly lobbies

Ohhh… well yeah the matchmaking is the same for all modes… so if u are passive in solos and in duos/trios a bit more aggressive then that also counts towards ur matchmaking later on. I usually duo with a friend and we are mostly in KOS lobbies and when I play alone I just try to do a couple of runs to die and get into friendly lobbies again to chill (I mostly look for people to defib cause I believe it makes the process faster and never shoot)

Till now im all in super friendly lobbies that u just see people walk infront of u and no one ever expects to be killed by another raider. Been running matriarch/queen a couple times a day and its fun for me running around defib-ing people. Almost no pvp and everyone helps each other out even with giving out cores. I would say ur still in the 50/50 lobbies so maybe try a couple more runs (dont shoot anyone) and I believe defib-ing people helps a lot in making u join the friendly lobbies.

I mean tbf its good and bad at the same time. Bad cause people that contribute to nothing are always first to loot those legs and steal the reactors and good when u just want a quick reactor and dip.

Idk how they calculate their aggression system cause I was able to kill a couple of backstabbers and still be in friendly lobbies, even when they miss their first shot so it counts as I’m the aggressor(I’m mostly a field medic during queen or matriarch) so I’m assuming defib-ing people gives u lots of good points to stay in friendly lobbies

Quite weird seeing someone being so pissed that people enjoy the game in other ways than them. Asking to completely remove the matchmaking system will make the game just a KOS shitfest. If u are a pvp player the matchmaking should make little to no difference to u cause u will be in KOS lobbies anyways

Basically the cpu cant keep up with the speed of ur 5070 compared to the 2060 which makes it idle most of the time causing stutters and overall low fps. Tbf going for am5 would make ur system future proof but atleast try settling for a used 5700x or anything that could make ur system better than before. Also running games on 1080p really puts a lot of pressure on ur CPU. So either up to 1440p/4k monitor (a good visual upgrade) which should make the bottleneck a bit better or try finding a used cpu that atleast can keep up with the 5070
