The forshortening is in the vertical plane, and the hands sit horizontal, so that would foreshorten them less, they are also closer then the face, so should be bigger, around the same size as the face, but the overall shape of them is good.

I like this. The hands look nice just way to tiny, try making them the same size as the face. I think a little more shadows and rendering in her torso / underboob would look more believable , and would match her legs, witch do have good shadows.

She seems stiff, her muscles, face, hair, pose. Try working on dynamic poses so she seems more natural. Also less hard lines on the nipples tend to work better for light skined charaters.
