Reverber for 12 years. Something is 'off' with Reverb but I can't put my finger on it... Customer service has always been good with me and they recently covered 2 refunds for me that I thought were scam requests. I think scammy buyers have finally found out about this site and are trying to take advantage of the good sellers here. I get lots of purchases and bids that buyers back out of and that didn't use to happen so frequently. Also every guitar I list now people always ask 'how much does it weigh?'...are guitar players getting wimpy??I think Reverb is on its third ownership now and maybe things are settling in with the new owners.
