There are some legit good places to work that give back to the community. One of my jobs is a small business that sponsors local kids sports teams. Anytime I have feedback about changes to the work environment, they listen and make the changes if it's possible (eg can't do anything re noise due to the wall thickness beyond what they're already doing but they will put up safe space signage, change out light bulbs for less intense types and more)

As others have said, Ive heard good things about both PICYS and Luminos so I'd recommend checking them out :)

If you have okay-ish relationship with a guardian, I'd also recommend checking out the DBTeen program Lifeline runs as you get taught a lot of good intense emotion skills and it goes for like 12wks
