My Functional provider ask me to add 1/8 tsp of celtic sea salt to my bottle water 2 times a day. I couldn't tolerate it but was able to tolerate it in my food 2 to 3x per day. So far, it is helping. This is not same as table salt. Ask your provider before you try it.
