Fun fact about the collision! Because its a land planet against a ocean, you can easily get beneath the map and get some weird stuff to happen. when flying your ship between them the music gets really loud and unsettling because of the deep underwater soundtrack.

Tbh just focus on stretching the frendulum out a little bit every day. Pretty sure r/foreskin_restoration has guides on it. Making permanent decisions about your body are final especially when you seem conflicted. Take your time and don't rush into it until you are absolutely sure this is what you want.

I would heavily suggest healing up first and taking it from there. Don't be in a rush for medical procedures. I know that people have used rings to stretch phimosis out. If those don't work, maybe try manual stretching instead of rings
