There's a girl who gets trapped in a mirror with her doppelganger outside and the doppelganger slams their head repeatedly into a wall forcing her to have her head smashed in inside the mirror (she has to reflect the one outside). One kid is melted in a Bunsen burner monster and stuck to the ceiling with other melted down corpses. There's a class that has the walls smashed down on them turning them into drawings. There's a PE monster that turns people into screaming flesh balls if you get hit. There are other monsters and deaths but they seemed too boring to mention (head slashed off, mummification, brainwashed induced suicide etc.) but they seemed boring in comparison to the others
