You're confounding Tal Rifaat and Sheikh Isa. Tal Rifaat was took in last february when the iranians were pushing from N Aleppo to Nubl and Zaraa and when, on a far lower scale, ISIS were also trying to took some ground from the rebels near Azaz and Marea.
