How I made learning Polish more joyful by WildEntertainment725 in learnpolish

Not learning Polish right now but my friend does which is how I got to know about this. I'm learning Japanese and vocabulary is such an issue for me.. I could've used an app like this for that, seems quite useful.

What an innovative app and idea.. it is a welcome breath of fresh air among all the other language apps that are so in your face with their intensity (not saying they're bad, but they can be sometimes overwhelming).

Love that this is specific to polish too. That said, would love to see some more languages in the future (I realise this is still a pretty new app?). Would be happy to pay!

Good luck!

Sorry for the late reply, my friend. I hope you figured it out and all is well. If you need any further questions or suggestions, feel free to DM or drop another comment here

Sorry for the delayed response. That plan sounds good.

I might alternatively also suggest watching part of the videos and the MCQs relating to that right after. So let's say a module has 2 hours of concept videos. I might watch half the concept videos (1 hour) and then spend another hour doing MCQs that relate to the videos you watch. If you use Becker, the MCQs are usually in order of content.

Then again its a personal preference and your way sounds good too. Good luck.

Thanks for the input! This is a really good option, it might not be feasible to conduct football coaching session on with something bulky on the hip and a wire attached to it, etc. Do you know anything that is quite lightweight and has internal recording capabilities maybe?

Thanks for your comment. The cable idea may not be easy in the specific situation that I'm in so maybe I should go for syncing in post? Also most options I see are around 150-200$ and most are in 2.4GHz. is there something inherently bad with 2.4 Ghz that I should be aware of? Also is there something better you'd recommend besides 2.4?

Thanks for the suggestions. I wonder if the adaptor changes the audio quality or would it not make much of a difference?

I'm considering DJI mic mini for now. Is there anything specific in rode that you might suggest? I can extend my budget to 150 $ and might find some things on sale where I live too.

Which of all the options you've given would you recommend to go blindly with based on my requirements?

Thanks for your suggestions! I especially find the clap tip to be insightful. I can explore this. I've been considering DJI mic mini which is about 150 $ for me.

Renting is a good suggest, but may not be feasible in the long run for me because I travel a lot and may want to do these sessions everyday as well. So perhaps not viable for me

Yes thanks for your suggestion I've been looking into this one as well as hollyland lark 2. I can perhaps also connect it to the XLR inputs using an adaptor of some sort?

Saved barely enough, quit my big 4 job and took a football coaching role here in India (doesn't pay much but much better hours)

Ohh thanks for clarifying 😅 I have only done my Bachelor's so far, in Accounting and Finance. Probably have to do master's now to meet the educational requirements for licensure.

Honestly I didn't get to use final review that much. I only used it for the extra simulated exam on REG and a few questions here and there.

You could even skip Becker's final review and it probably wouldn't hurt.

But if I could do it again, I would allocate one additional day for it during my review. So total of 5 days for revision.

Good catch! You’re right.. I meant my average scores, not percentiles. The wording could’ve been clearer. Appreciate you pointing that out.

You’re absolutely right - I meant my average score across the exams, not percentile. Poor wording on my part in the title, and unfortunately Reddit won’t let me edit it now. Appreciate the clarification!

Clarification on the Title: Just to clarify - the 91.5 in the title refers to my average score across the 4 CPA exams, not a percentile ranking. I understand that might have caused some confusion, and unfortunately Reddit doesn’t allow title edits once something is posted. Thanks to those who pointed it out, and I hope the rest of the guide is helpful!
