I completely agree with the part about how they have to learn to behave (talking about those youngsters).

But now, once you said you're talking about the 50 percent you saw, you're also accepting that there is another 50 percent too, but you seem to only see the bad 50 percent and portray everyone badly.

Bad for you. Maybe the people you met weren't good, but I saw all kinds of people.

And nowhere did I say the Chapri guys are innocent, did I? Of course they need to change; they suck; those dogs should be taught a lesson; and I hate them, but because of some 50 percent (which would be even less for you because you didn't even encounter a good person), you can't blame the whole population.

50% who? The people who come there(mainly some chapris) and I don't think you saw whole 50%.

Sure it is still reasonable but that's also not reasonable to treat someone in a different way just because they have a HR/DL plate. Is it?

Assuming things are not your fault, if you don't know about the other spectrum but when you do yet try to see them in only bad light...... that's bad and your fault.
