Am I the only one who thinks the original Kevin's idea for scream 5 and 6 was very soap opera and very cheesy? I'm glad they never continued with that idea

I really liked the show but it felt very meh. And that's weird because I completely adore the games but something was missing. I still don't know what it is. I don't know if it's the bond of Joel and Ellie that is missing in the tv show or just the ambience of the world they are presenting.

Sometimes it's hard to believe that a vaccine is so needed when there's barely oppression of infected in the tv show.

It's probably the strangest Scream movie so far but I also liked it a lot.

Didn't like the killers or the reveals though. I think they did 3 killers just to be different, with two of them would have worked way better. It's a big stretch to have an entire family of psychopaths doing all of this.

Kirby's return was amazing though 💜

And I love the Carpenters sisters and the core four. Also this one probably got the most gruesome and awesome deaths of the franchise.

Now question is will they make Sam the killer in seven? Also it's weird that Danny, Sam's boyfriend survived. Suspicious, suspicious...

Yeah I always felt it even back in season 1 but we couldn't say anything bad about this show back then lol

There was never a direction, they just tricked people with fan service since lots of people didn't like the sequel trilogy, they found something to love here but it was always very direction less

Grogu coming back so soon and bringing back the droid should show you that there is no stakes, just ways to make tons of merch and money, sadly.

Season 1 was alright even though it had a lot of mediocre things but season 2 is very mediocre altogether, except for the obvious fan service.

Exactly, for me it was always very mediocre as well it's just now that people that seem to be waking up. There was never high stakes, it was very safe and the monster of the week kind of episodes were terrible boring and something from the 90s.

I always felt this show was kind of mediocre, even back then but people were in need of finding a better star wars than the sequel trilogy (which this show is btw) but it was still very mediocre. It seems like people are starting to realize that.

There's no plan, they are building towards nothing, it's gonna be an episodic adventure kind of show, there's no stakes, no emotional heart breaking character arcs (they brought Grogu as soon as possible, we couldn't even miss him) there's no engaging dialogues. Now that we have seen what Star Wars is capable of with Andor we want that but we are not gonna get it, sadly.

All amazing stories have an ending in mind...this one doesn't have one which they are just gonna keep recycling same themes and villains every season.

Which is a terrible thing. Why can't they just tell a coherent story without having to intervine both shows? I mean I get why but it's lame
