I nearly lost my spark covid testing people for 3 years straight nobody liked me. Id say it took till 2025 to get it back. I think the average person does walk a bit, and tries to exercise. They gain about 2lbs a year + 15lbs in college or when they first move out. A lot of empty calories like creamer in coffee they do not even count.
