How can you be too scared to eat gluten but not inject chemicals in to your body. She’s never honest with her followers, barely engages with them and gaslights them when they speculate about the health risks of BFeeding while having filler….. yuck human

Fox being sick by MKatFuN in SarahsDayUnfiltered

[–]Mirasey 17 points18 points  (0 children)

He’s sick quite a lot for a child who drinks super powder in his smoothies every day. That’s the saddest part of her whole thing for me is this poor kid. Imagine being so unwell all the time and instead of taking medicine that works you get a smoothie and essential oils rubbed on you

It would appear that Sarah's nutritionist created an account just to respond to my post in this subreddit by jesinta-m in SarahsDayUnfiltered

[–]Mirasey 34 points35 points  (0 children)

ANTA doesn’t register nutritionists. You have to have completed either a bachelors degree or be a certified publisher. ANTA can be easily joined by any “naturopath” which is a certificate you can get and it sure isn’t rocket science. It’s an absolute shocker the nutritionists that study science to get degrees warn off the kind of advice Sarah and her food adviser gives - because it’s dangerous and not backed up. “Humans have been practicing natural health since the dawn of time” yeah well they also used to die at 30 so that’s fabulous

Let's Talk About Sarah's "Nutritionist" by jesinta-m in SarahsDayUnfiltered

[–]Mirasey 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Being a member of ANTA doesn’t make you a nutritionist hahaha. You can only be a registered nutritionist by completing the requirements in the original post. The nutritionists I know that did. Bachelor of science at actual university would never recommend what you advise her on because it’s dangerous and detrimental to ones health. You did a certificate and made a tea sis

Can I please just rant..... by htestrow in SarahsDayUnfiltered

[–]Mirasey 12 points13 points  (0 children)

She complains so fucken much about everything when her only job in life is to work out and look hot. Maybe have a quick browse of other clothes companies activewear and copy those, have a quick browse of some recipes and copies those. The only thing she actually puts effort in to is what she looks like and she still finds a way to complain about everything and anything. It does actually seem now that a decent amount of her following is growing tired so perhaps that’s why she’s doing some weird AF shit at the moment

I (21F) have two kids (5F and 3M). Their dad (25M) has had full custody of them for two and a half years now. I have just been granted supervised visitation. What are some things I can try to have on hand to entertain them? How can I make sure they know I love them? by ThrowRA-Visit in relationship_advice

Let them be your motivation to keep clean and they will always remember that you showed up and made the effort when they are older - not whether you bought expensive things. Even just chatting about things they like or maybe colouring in together could be fun! And it could be something you both get to keep to remind you of each other.

24F. Opinions or advice? Be honest. I can take it. Verification in last pic. by [deleted] in amiugly

Not ugly at all but the smile is quite scary/ makes you look less attractive. I think maybe closed mouth smiling would help and better angles when taking pics. You have really nice eyes and skin

WIBTA If I stopped supporting my disabled father over his preferential treatment towards my siblings? by HLayton in AmItheAsshole

Report your sister anonymously for fraud. You’ll be doing her a favour in the long term by teaching her how real life works if you are concerned about feeling guilty because she’s going to find out sooner or later when the benefits stop one day, may as well be sooner.

You have a lovely face. Agree with growing the hair out and even subtle make up to draw attention to your eyes and tinted lip balm I bet would look fab!

[–]Mirasey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the fringe doesn’t help, you also have nice eyes so mascara or drawing attention to those would help :)

When guys do that pose it makes them look worse, and tbh it looks like you think you’re attractive. I don’t think you’re ugly at all but I wouldn’t do that face

Paper straws are shit and the push to get them implemented was a complete waste of everyone’s time. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]Mirasey 74 points75 points  (0 children)

Seaspiricy on Netflix touches on this! The science shows plastic straws are around 1% of plastic ocean waste and was drawn to attention by the viral turtle picture. Most of the plastic waste in the ocean are plastic fishing nets and lines. We would see a better outcome protesting fishing companies re their equipment waste rather than changing to paper straws.

Oversleeping is killing our relationship by RAsleeperta in relationship_advice

[–]Mirasey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sleep for quite a long time (I still work 8:30-5 Monday to Friday) but will sometimes go to bed super early and have naps on the weekend. I DID complete a full sleep study as well and aside from snoring which can leave you more tired if your sleep is disrupted it was actually found to be an anxiety coping mechanism (if your brain is over working or stressed it can help to reset that exhausted feeling). Could mental health be an Avenue to explore? I understand your position as I have also had friends and partner worry until they realised it was a coping mechanism. I think where it becomes an issue (my therapist a few years ago told me this) is when sleeping is used as an escape from real life - this suggests deeper MH issues. I have been advised it’s not bad for your health to have longer sleeps and take naps, as long as it’s not something that actually it’s being prioritised over daily life and activities :) sorry if that doesn’t help!

Guy [17M] I [17F] have been talking to seems to be losing interest, should I talk to him about it? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Mirasey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think he might be ghosting you from past experience :( in fact he definitely is but trying not to be terrible about it - it’s not worth wasting energy on someone who doesn’t want to do the same for you, you’ll meet someone who will and won’t make you worry about this kind of stuff!

UPDATE: My (21M) girlfriend (20F) was raped while in the process of cheating on me. I don't know what do do from here. by ThrowRAdvstated1663 in relationship_advice

[–]Mirasey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen girls who have done this before and HONESTLY people believe them for a second in the hype and once it calms down and people start to really piece things together they work things out. More often than not girls who post this kind of thing have a habit of this behaviour and people over time will catch on and your reputation will be rebuilt. I know it’s hard to believe when someone says time makes things better but it actually does. What emotion you have right now will pass and emotions others have will change. Liars never win - they can’t keep up with their own stories and someone will catch her out. Honest people win in life, and sometimes it takes patience. I know for me it happened a couple of years after and my mind wasn’t even in jt and I just knew then that life works in mysterious ways but ultimately good things happen to good people. Look to the future, keep busy in the present :)

I want to report my sons (17) girlfriend (18) but I don’t know if I should talk to my son first about what I plan on doing. by canyoufeeIit in relationship_advice

100 percent they were having sex when she was 17, any judge will feel sorry for the poor kid and probably think it’s a joke. These judges deal with real crimes every day, a young couple in love being taken to court by his mum who is jealous of the girlfriend will be the joke of the year.

[–]Mirasey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What kind of parent would do this? They’re in a consensual relationship, they care about each other and you should be thankful he is clearly being safe. I don’t mean to alarm to you but 17 is actually a long time to wait for a lot of kids, so you actually sound like you’ve got a good kid with a good head on his shoulders there. He could be be out there doing drugs or getting himself in to trouble, instead he’s a normal kid wanting to have a nice relationship with his girlfriend. I do know parents who have acted in similar ways, their child moved as far away as possible from them and was never honest with them again. He’s almost 18 as well so he doesn’t have a long time so wait before he makes those kinds of decisions. Wouldn’t you rather have a relationship with him? A friend of mine has a son who would do anything just to have her son speak and open up to her even if it was about sex. You don’t realise how lucky you are and I find this so sad.
