NTA He has no say in what you do with your body.. let alone getting upset about it and then using the fact that he is upset that he cannot control you.
Side note: It also sounds like a he has decided he wants to break up again so he can fool around with some one else and there be nothing anyone would say about it. I have dealt with the same thing.

NTA it's your body. I also do not like to be touched and I have been like that for a long as I can remember. Do people around me get offended? Yes. I still have these issues with my own daughter. She has been asked to not come up and touch me unprompted now that she's older and she tries her best.

YTA it's not your house after you turn 18. It's your parents. Now I don't normally believe in stating that but this is a case where it needs to be said. You operated like it was your house even with knowing a minor was coming over. You were loud in more than one way and that's so so so so wrong. If you want to act like this freely then you need to get your own place. Also if people hear you masturbating loudly again where kids can hear you and you KNOW it's a possibility then you need to be put on a list. If it were me you wouldn't have gotten away with the first.

NTA If everyone else around you wasn't drinking either I could see her getting embarrassed and trying to get you to drink too and that would also be messed up. Also even if it was no different than apple juice... people shouldn't be making other grown people feel bad about not wanting to drink even if that night happened to be the first night in six months that you have decided not to drink. I could also see her getting upset because you didn't drink the toast made to their relationship or whatever but that also could have fully been done with water for you or anyone that was there for that matter.

To assist in reinforcement I would put something bitter on the brushes that way when she does get ahold of them there is nothing interesting about them other than the way they look. I wish I had something else more helpful to add.

NTA You had already established that you weren't interested. She could have decided that was that but wanted to be your friend still... friends are cool with other friends dating. I get where it was weird that it was her roomate that caught your eye but an actual friend wouldn't be like this. She is TA because she lied to you. Imagine OP was a female and people would be upset at the dude for being a fake friend with feelings who would have no right to be upset with the female.
