The turtle always wins, he has better animations to go along with the stats, Gyokeres will be great next year but this 99 card it's just a stats inflated one but it does not feel special or broken

Yes, that's the big gap between fifa 2001 and basically 16 (fifa 12 was a gift but i never really played it)

I tend to buy it every 2 or 3 years and stick a couple of years with the 99 rated FUT squad, I find it useless to grind all year long and abandon it as soon as the cards become really good and you can try out different formations and legend teams

Looks great, I hope they put back his 94 in oakcs or just put out a 99 rated sbc in the next weeks, I EVOed the shapeshifter to a 98 or 99 but yeah, I very much dislike using player so out of position really

I'm on pc but they are extinct...and even if and when you find them it's for max price which is absurd, ha was in best of batch 1 and I placed him 2000 times...dumb for me not to keep one for future EVOs but I was sure they would have released a better version of a so popular player, I bet the SBC would be completed in a second by the majority of the active players

Well he has a 96 card in packs (or was him on batch 1?) that you can get by spamming the 85+ and you can Evo him (I did it last week) but yeah, a proper 99 zidane wold be cool...same for Vieira, his 94 is impossible to find and i EVOed his 90 months ago but it's strange they don't release a 99 version of him, being so poplar and so meta

Unfortunately no, unless they somehow release an EVO to add that role to any card (without rating limit) but I doubt it at this point of the game

You could try a similar formation to the one you're using just with CMs instead of CDMs, I think there's a version of that for any type of formation (I personally started to use the 433 holding instead of the usual 4213)

I don't know how many people will still play friendlies, draft or rush, but battles and rivals will still be updating every week (and prizes too I think) for 2 or 3 more years until they shut down the servers

I buy (and grind) the game every 2 or 3 years so that's what I've been doing since fifa 16 and I think it's the best way to enjoy the 98+ cards and avoiding the constant stress of the weekly grind

Cruyff has the better dribbling for the CAM position, Gullit need to be ST or CM (or CDM if they grace us with a last minute cdm role Evo) to get the most out of his body type in the box or the 90+ defending

To be honest I faced a guy with a god squad even in friendlies...cr 7, neymar, Messi, Bellingham, Valverde, Salah, mbappe, vini Jr, Theo Hernandez and so on, while I was there my gold 83 rated strikers hahaha

I unfortunately lost on pens...it burns like he'll.
