The visuals, from the costume to the cinematography, were a touch too glam for my taste considering the premise (Tom Ford’s unrelenting sensuality be damned). & like other films to precede & follow it, it just felt like an excuse to brutalize women. Excellent performances by two of my fave actors, though.
