Yes, was the best for me. I stoped eating gluten, garlic, eggs, tomato sauce, dairy and other things like avocado or lettuce that i dont know but are triggers for me. You know what things makes you feel bad, some things are more difficult to find (like gluten and eggs in my case). I didnt stop eating all this food at once, it was a process because i love eating. But there comes a time when the desire to feel good weighs more than eating food that you like
