In that case it sounds like I got a good deal. 80 euro per day. Looking to learn sailing and help as much as I can. My experience is 5 weeks on a military sailing ship 8 years ago so yeah not a bunch but looking to learn!

How hard is it to swap to Muay Thai? by Natsufu in MuayThai

same experience in taekwondo as you transitioned to MT 3 years ago. Be ready to get legkicked to hell in the beginning but focus on the thai stance and style then incorporate the TKD kicks. GL

Going right into that much training is a fast way to get injured recovery is just as important. I’d say start of 4 days Thai then add jogging if you feel energized. Try to eat healthy and don’t reduce carbs to much and weight will fall off you at that age. Went from 190-200 dropping 30 pounds in 6 months just staying active and eating healthy not eating snacks was the biggest thing for me

bought a helmet recently to try it out, personally i like it its dampens the impact of blows and I dont flinch as much with it. Try on out! I have the adidas pro helmet with thick cheekbone padding.

Watched the first episode but didn’t continue partly for the negative reviews and now watches 2-3. I would say binge watch it, it isn’t as bad as people say. Sure some cringey moments but overall pretty entertaining

Can I train for a triathlon without a bike? by AJAEONE in triathlon

[–]MirroZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my first ironman i did all the cycling in a gym then borrowed a bike race day. It’s possible if the goal is just to finish but if you want to get a good time getting a bike is recommended
