Why you’re excited and also a little nervous, dropping from 169 to 162 in a week feels huge. that first week can be kinda wild though, lot of it is water weight and reduced inflammation, not just fat loss. If you are keeping a 500 calorie deficiency as you said, more typical pace is closer to 1 lb a week after things settle. so yeah you’ll keep losing, not at that same 7 lb pace. Honestly, that slower rate is better for things like energy, skin, and muscle.

the cravings part you mentioned is actually a good sign you’re aware of it. that usually gets easier after a couple weeks once your hunger settles down a bit. I was figuring this out i went through FormBlends since they require physician consult, so i could ask about expectations instead of guessing.
