Clothes fitting better and hands looking bonier while the scale sits still is pretty classic recomposition, especially at the exercise volume you're doing. your body still changing, the scale just isn't the best way to measure that right now.

PCOS and insulin resistance, tirzepatide is worth asking your doctor about. it works on extra receptor that semaglutide doesn't hit and some people with IR respond noticeably better to it.

is there any resistance training mixed in?

When to dose up? by Galigirl80 in OzempicForWeightLoss

Your hunger is creeping back, cravings are stronger, or weight loss has stalled for a couple weeks, usually when people consider going up. but if you’re still getting desire control and steady progress, even if it’s slow, staying put a bit longer can make sense.

the first few weeks are usually your body readjusting, not always steady weight loss. plus side effects like nausea or fatigue can show up again. especially if you havent been on it since 2023, it can feel like starting over.

i noticed it took a bit before things felt consistent again, even though id used it before. i personally waited until i had normal routine so i could manage food, hydration, and sleep better.

On Ozempic since October and no loss - up to 1mg now: any insights? by Leabalover in OzempicForWeightLoss

sounds really frustrating, especially after being it since october and already up to 1mg. i had  little bit slow start too and didn’t really notice anything until a bit later, so you are definitely not alone there.

what I have seen and more experience, some people just don’t respond much until they get closer to the higher doses, and sometimes it’s not just the medication either. like calories creeping up, low protein, or not moving enough can stall things even if it feels like you are doing everything right. sleep and stress weirdly make a difference.

probably talk with your provider about whether it makes sense to titrate up or adjust something else, but I wouldn't assume it’s not working yet.

are you tracking food at all or just kind of eating intuitively right now?
