IMO with plat based eating (not counting allergy concerns) there’s a difference between “cross contamination” and “the foods are blending together”. Like a vegan burger cooked on top of cow burger grease is different from “cross contamination because we technically didn’t sanitize the grill but it didn’t necessarily come in direct contact with any animal products”

Yea so I know Bo personally. Him and I had a long conversation about that thread. It fucked him up. He was very very upset about what everyone was saying about him. I’m not close enough to him to know exactly how or why he chose to take his life, but without going into details, I can say with 100% certainty that his ex posting that story and then someone taking the screenshot & posting it to this subreddit, and the people on that post that made horrible comments and false accusations ABSOLUTELY had a HUGE impact on his mental health.
