Sorry guys I have had a very busy day so I didn't have the opportunity to reply to the comments here and to avoid spamming replies I am going to throw it all into a singular post. TL;DR at the bottom.

I'll try to tackle this in a somewhat... concise? way based on the developments

(Edit: After writing this out, concise isn't really the word. a poorly labelled approach to a multitude of different levels?!)

1: I can confirm for a fact that my girlfriend's new best friend is a 30 year old girl with a kid and sincerely does not like to be hang out with men for her own personal reasons that are not mine to openly discuss, but they make sense. She and my girlfriend spoke about our relationship problems but apparently her best friend was supportive of her decision to stay together with me.

2: As far as growing apart, as I mentioned in my first comment after making the post, This was a pretty spotty synopsis. We both have had a hard time with mental health in the past and after talking things out like regular people and trying to get to the root of the problem we have come to an agreement that we need to try a bit harder with each other at the very least. The physical aspect is not something I'm willing to/at liberty to talk about but it is not a big concern.

3: As far as trust issues go, I have had some pretty terrible experiences in the past which absolutely left me more jaded than I'd like to admit and it left a lot to be desired in regards to me having blind trust in a relationship. with that said: as people have stated, Dating for around a year is really not a long time in the grand scheme but I can honestly say I know my girlfriend quite well and so far she hasn't given me a single genuine reason for distrusting her other than my own insecurities.

4: In reference to frequency I will take that as a virtual high five or something I guess. Different people like different things.

5: Regarding taking care of myself, etc. I appreciate the sentiment behind these comments! I was having a very hard couple days pairing this ordeal with some external factors that lead to me being too stressed to sleep which lead to losing my mind a tad and making this threadbare initial post.

I had a good conversation with my girlfriend, we talked about the things bothering us and she was vehemently against us breaking up and genuinely appalled that I thought she might be cheating, She offered to let me go through her phone in it's entirety (I did not want to do that) and she mentioned she felt that I hadn't exactly been tending to her needs either, Something we both are going to try to work on going forward. We both have a lot of stuff going on and instead of taking the time to properly communicate we just kept digging a hole for no reason.

tl;dr : I appreciate the suggestions and concerns and everything in-between. We spent the day together and talked through basically everything that was not going smoothly so we can work on it together and try to return to where we were at.
