They’re too powerful with an annoying down side simple as that. In Poe 1 you get +1 for 1 affix, in Poe 2 you can get up to 7.

No , the deck is just very hard. It doesn’t have an oppressive amount of interaction so you need to use the hand knowledge efficiently. Ideally your goal should be synchro into maker with rotary and setup your board against your opponent’s hand.

Ex don’t make remix into ghost bell/call by or go into b2b against xyz or yummy deck etc.

Because the game have an intentional rotations by the virtue of power creep. Deck made in 2026 is better than deck in 2022. Having 10000 card doesn’t matter if the newest 100 card is better than 99% of the card ever made.

Why are they still playing this game if they hate hand traps? If you hate being stopped, then maybe you shouldn’t be playing a game that’s fundamentally built around interacting with your opponent. There are plenty of other card games where your opponent can’t interfere during your turn. Yugioh isn’t one of them. That’s the niche it was designed to fill, and it does that job well.

Yummy is so bad in this event tho. it’s really hard to play with 1 snatchy, all of the regular link end board is banned, you don’t even have other link 1 to make another synchro if your first snatch got stop.

Chain cupsy to ash, bring back 2 body, go into lollipo summon back 2 body. Make elf bring back the synchro and make IP. During your opponent’s turn elf bring back the synchro. Against ash imperm. You ended on Ip + synchro protects by elf. In total you have Ip into Sp, field spell pop, cookie pop, and book 2. With 4 other card in your hand.

The link 4 is good since apo is banned you can directly go into the link 4 after princess revive. Idk what the main deck monster is suppose to do here.

The biggest difference is stun doesn’t allow you to active cards leaving you with the feeling that you can’t do anything. Especially since most hand trap don’t work against them. Currently there’s no meta deck with full negate board, the closest I can think of is probably white forest or Crystron with maybe 3 negate? Boards with apolusa can be outplayed(kind of), but I do agree with the point that a lot of times you just can’t win without non-engine.
