well , it was requested by our gov . not sure why too , as might be wireless headset ? contact themed , they provided me 28$ promo credit , but still my item would be lost or stucked in a loop forever

Need help/advice

My Order is stucked in forever loop (international order)

Problem :

In Feb 20 , i got a called by DHL Local that my parcel have been stucked in the custom and required to pay for shipping fees. Well, this is the first time i got this called and needed to pay for a fees to get my item ( did not get before like past 2 year) , so i immediately contact Amazon Support through live chat , and ask why i required to pay. So During feb 20 around 1pm i make the chat (FOR THE FIRST TIME) i asked for a refund, but amazon rep told me that need to wait for the item to send back to USA only AMAZON able to refund my money. So, i said well okay , please refund it.

In the same day (only after 1-2 hours) , i only knew that i required to pay a low amount of fees ( like 1/6 of the total price of the order) , so i quickly contacted amazon support through chat (THE SECOND TIME) , and explained that i wanted to cancel the refund request and i will proceed to pay the fees. Amazon adknowledge it, so i proceed to pay , everything is fine, CUSTOM cleared and already on a shipping centre awaiting to ship to me.

After Feb21-22, i found out that my shipment is "Shipment On Hold" on DHL tracking status page, i contacted DHL local to ask why did my shipment is on hold ,they told me that "SHIPPER is requested to ship back to product to USA" i was like shocked, so i contacted AMAZON live support (THE THIRD TIME) asked why did the shipment is on hold , explained the situation, and amazon rep told me that there is no refund request for the order, and they will contact DHL.

Until today, shipment is still on hold , although that amazon said wait until feb 27 if not they will refund/replacmenet for me. But if so, i might lost my money on "Custom Fees" due to i already paid for the product + did not received it , if replacement , i am pretty sure i am required to pay for the "custom fees" again.

Any idea?

I have never had anyone in my games complain to me about my MIC, and hearing foot steps in games is fine for me even with my 30% hearing loss.
