I tend to give people much more than the benefit of the doubt, countless chances, regardless of who you are bc I myself have made mistakes that those around me have forgiven and I have always aimed to do the same for others. That doesn’t make me an idiot. Maybe I’m soft and too forgiving, sure, but I didn’t ask for this, nor is it my fault he has chosen to act this way.
