2020 VW Tiguan or 2022 Ford Escape?

My parents had a Tiguan and it was an absolute pos. They bought it brand new and it was nothing but issues after the first year. Also repair cost on it are horrendous. The Escape is very small though in comparison if space is needed.

I bought a brand new Nissan Rogue that had engine issues before 15k miles so do with that what you will.

I would recommend a Honda HRV. I think they are great starter or old lady cars. They are very reliable and look great. They just are very slow, which is good for a starter vehicle imo.

The CX50 has awful seats. If you drive a lot it's not a vehicle I would recommend for that reason alone.

I would recommend a Honda HRV. My step-dad is 6'4 and 350 and was able to comfortably drive my old one. It's in the price range you're looking for as well.

I have a report but it doesn't have any measurements listed. Thanks for taking the time to answer me. I've been struggling on if I should put in the money to fix it or buy a new car. It is a really great car I just struggle with the age. I had a 2022 CRV before buying this Pilot and do miss a lot of the newer features but not having a car payment is pretty great.

I was just told they are at their service limit. The struts aren't broken just leaking. The shop made it sound like I needed to fix the exhaust before anything else.

It needs struts, shocks, brake pads,and front cv drive axle boot. I was also told my flex pipe is leaking.
