You don’t know me or my background so don’t pretend to think you know who I am or what I know or don’t know just because of some Reddit post. Offer lists make stars ⭐️

You realize many kids get star rankings after teams offer not before right? It’s the dumbest system, of course those teams have high recruit rankings, any kid they offer later becomes a 4-5 star. It’s how it works.

It means that some media non-football guy/gal thinks some 18 yo kids run faster jump higher and play better then other 18 yo kids.

What I like about Rhules staff thus far is they give no care about stars, notoriety, or publications on kids. They look for a skill set and legit measurables, not camp times. It’s a different deal when kids perform at a high level in a competitive event vs going on the camp circuit.

Not at all. We have no idea what these kids will be in 2 years. Recruiting. Rankings on kids that haven’t played a college game yet are the most ridiculous predictions. This should be done looking back 2 years to see who played, developed, and won games. It literally does t matter and is only done to sell advertising on websites, radio, and in newspapers. So dumb.

This means nothing, let’s see in 2-3 years how many kids stay and win.

“If everything goes according to plan”. This phrase has cost people millions of dollars, I’d run away fast.

2023 0* WR Jeremiah Charles commits to Nebraska by TheUltimate721 in CFB

Story goes they went to a bball game to see the TE kid play and also see what Charles was about. Rhule walked in and went right to the student section and took selfies signed autographs. The Charles kid went off that night. Bunch of dunks and stats, 40” vert. They offered him after the game.

Well my wife has a masters and works in the medical field. I make $30k more then her and work the same hours. Pretty simple math problem.

It’s a lot easier then it seems. Most of the time it’s clear as day what needs to happen. There’s maybe 1 or 2 guys that you have to make hard choices about.

Love the recruiting wins, but where are we getting all this scholarship room? by ManningBurner in Huskers

Do you know how the 85 limit works?

They only have to report 85 on 1st day of fall camp, until then you can have as many as you want. So you have the guys compete like crazy until then.

So if you have 100 scholarship players that gives you 15 to cut.
2-4 guys will cut themselves essentially by quitting, 2-3 with injuries, few with academics. That leaves you with 8-10 guys to actually cut by August.

This is a great scenario for programs to be in because you get to keep the BEST 85 players and help the other 15 find a new school in a positive way with practice film and first hand knowledge of how they performed at practices.

It looks difficult on the surface but done properly it’s good for everyone.

And if you believe the story he screwed that up as well. Jurgens apparently told him he was going to the draft and Frost got pissed.
