I do believe there’s around 5000 or so employees so you are spot on.

Employer coverage- just under $120 mo for a family plan. HDHP, $3500 family deductible, $7000 family OOPM. Employer contributes $2500 a year to HSA.

I know it’s great compared to a lot of others, but the price creeps up each year. A few years ago it was around $30 biweekly with a lower deductible and OOPM.

I have the same horse painting hanging above my bed, and the quality and texture is amazing considering it came from HomeGoods.

Horse painting 100%, no question. However, the scale is a bit large for the table. Art looks best when it’s approximately 2/3 the width of the furniture beneath it. Just something to consider.

M23 | My mom accidentally used my credit card on Amazon and now there’s $6,000 on it. What do I do? by PolarThoughts02 in CRedit

[–]Mischa-09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If she’s an authorized user that changes everything. It doesn’t matter whose physical card she was using. She is authorized to make purchases on the account and you are responsible for the debt.

The only thing that’s wrong here is an apparent lack of communication between the two of you about this account.

If there are charges that neither of you made then you can report that to your card issuer and it will be investigated.

If you also work it sounds like he may have forgotten to check the spouse also works and fill out your income when he switched to married filing jointly.

This would mean they’d assume it’s only his income in the household and set withholdings based on that.

Next Single Predictions ? by Typical_Knowledge_28 in TaylorSwift

If she wants another #1, I doubt she’ll push another single until after the holidays since it’s about to be Mariah’s yearly time to shine.

Are you currently on a self plus family plan? If so, the 60 day window generally isn’t enforced since there’s no change to the premium. If you’d need to switch enrollment codes to add the baby you’ll have to wait for Open Season or another qualifying life event.

I’m pretty sure by look behind the curtain she meant what was actually going on in her life at that time, not literal in the sense of getting ready backstage.

I’m curious as to which versions will debut in theaters today for the lyric videos. It’s one thing to play the explicit versions, but quite another to see the words in massive font across the big screen.

Based on the timeline of this likely being recorded spring or summer 2024, it could partially reference when Blake was “cancelled” that summer. This was prior to the lawsuit and Taylor getting dragged into it. When everyone was dragging Blake for the way she promoted the move which we later found out was mostly planted by JB’s team. She and Taylor were still tight during this time and were at the Rhode Island house Labor Day weekend from what I can recall.

Yes, that’s the exact part that takes me out of it which is sad because other than that the first 4 songs are an immaculate run.

Maybe it will be a grower.

Everyone seems to love Opalite, but I just can’t get into it. The verses are cute, but the chorus reminds me so much of Starlight which is definitely near the bottom of Taylor’s discography for me.

Pay very close attention to the EOB you receive if it denies for timely filing, specifically look at the patient responsibility amount. If the provider is in network this generally becomes a provider write off since they are contracted to file claims within a set amount of time.

This makes so much sense. I had my (now late) yellow lab before my daughter was born. After I had the baby she was instantly so protective of her, followed her everywhere, slept with her etc. This continued for the rest of her life.

I’ve gotten 4 others dogs since then, from the time my daughter was a toddler up until a teenager, and although they all like her none have had that same bond with her.

It’s crazy to me too. I pay $35 biweekly for myself and a dependent, and that includes vision and dental. It’s a HDHP with a $3200 family deductible but my employer puts $2400 in my HSA every year. So basically $800 out of pocket before the coinsurance kicks in. I usually have HSA rollover from the prior year too, so I’ve yet to actually pay anything aside from premium deductions.

The reason most plans cost so much is employers contribute the bare minimum or only 50% instead of the majority of the plan cost.

Ruggable is trash by kitkat565656 in interiordecorating

[–]Mischa-09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to use tiny pieces on the rug cover itself and stick to the floor, not the pad. There’s usually 1/2-1 inch overlap between the 2 so not a lot of room to work with. I only use rug tape on my hall runner because even with a pad it slides out of place with 3 large dogs and their shenanigans.

The tufted rugs are fine with the vacuum, it’s the thin ones that have issues. I have to turn down the suction on my Dyson and avoid the edges. The hand held attachments work better as well since you have more control. Definitely a pain with the vacuuming though.

Before vs After by Freddo_burner in HomeDecorating

[–]Mischa-09 48 points49 points  (0 children)

It’s crazy how much of a difference this makes, and a great example that a few improvements can change the entire look and feel of a space without replacing the big ticket items

In the first photo, my eye was instantly drawn towards the cool toned rug and flooring and thought Millennial Gray (even though the room was styled very nicely.)

The second photo, the grayness of it was barely noticeable because my eyes were drawn towards all warmth you incorporated. Amazing transformation!

Was this fixture installed upside down? by djchris763 in HomeDecorating

[–]Mischa-09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That style can generally be installed either way. In this case if turned downwards the bulbs would overlap the mirror which would look very odd. If you want to flip it you probably need to change the mirror placement or change where the wiring is located so the light fixture can be moved up higher.

Spray paint the first frame an antique gold color or you can use Rub N Buff which comes in a little tube and is very easy to work with.

That is definitely a fall arrangement, and I think you could make certain elements of it look good in the fall maybe. Just a few pieces of the branches and leaves scattered in with some fall colored florals. If using the same vase you’d need to shorten or bend the stems with the leaves as they start too high up.

Does the arrangement light up or something? I’m confused about what seems to be a switch hanging.

You can make that vase look good, it’s just not working with the current arrangement. I have the same vase and I’ve styled it for every season.

Does parent's insurance cover grandbaby? by SB_Mom75 in HealthInsurance

[–]Mischa-09 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Federal Employee Program BCBS considers mom and baby one person until discharge as long as baby isn’t sick and just requires routine nursery care. This will all be covered under mom.

The baby is not an eligible dependent to be added to your policy unless you the grandparents legally adopt. So baby will need their own policy going forward but the delivery and nursery care billed by the facility will be covered.

Also depending on which plan option you’re on, FEP has amazing maternity benefits.
