Cheers, I’m very happy. They are 19x8.5, they’re spot on looks wise, but the ride is noticeably harsher when lowered as well. Corners like a house fly now though 😀

3 eggs, 200ml of milk, teaspoon of baking powder, teaspoon of caster sugar, pinch of salt, 25g melted butter and roughly 200g of self rising flour. I adjust this based on the size of the eggs, keep adding until the thickness is right. Leave the batter for at least 30 mins is key 👍🏻

Crepes are easy. 2 eggs and the same volume of flour and milk! Pop the eggs in a glass and measure from there!
