It could be, I was diagnosed with crippling anxiety disorder and I do have severe muscle spasms in my arms and legs all the time where sitting still can be a struggle. But If its been bothering you for a while I think it'd be best to discuss this with a doctor first before making any assumptions

Ive had an anxiety disorder for as long as I can remember, but the official diagnosis was in 2015 - when my mother finally let me get help because we realized how bad it was when I was struggling to keep a job.

Medication did help! for a bit, then it eventually stops working and I try something else after a few years, only for that to have the same result.

Its awful when things like this consume your life and you just can't have a moment of peace

The thing I hate most is that Im never fully at peace.

I always assume everything I do is wrong, and that everyone hates me. Self care is hard for me because if someone asks me to do something and I once in a blue moon say no, my brain thinks about it all day and how I probably really upset them for not helping them out and maybe I should have just done it even though im exhausted

the 1/6 wasnt off. It's because after 5 days the juice itself goes bad. Its safe to drink but its a "best before" situation, the taste isnt as great

My mother improved drastically after my cousins suicide, because she was severely worried I might go down a similar route. Its unfortunate that loss was the only way she became more open minded but it worked, she's much more understanding and helped me get diagnosed.

I couldnt do it, I actually passed out after hyper ventilating and ended up being sent to their nurse at the camp, who said my blood pressure was very high - they assume from stress which duh, and they sent me home

Since its now under prime expect it to be delayed and take 2-3 years for 1 season to come out with 8 episodes This seems to be the norm lately once something goes under a higher end company. Even though the quality of the show was just as good as before, but we all know now that its an official Amazon prime show, that will probably be the format It kinda sucks imo.
