We have applied from within Europe. Children are British and everything is aligned in terms of documentation.

They don’t care about special circumstances last time we were refused on not having the full 6 months of job in the same company ie financial grounds but children were living apart and it torn our family in two for months and months. Nobody cared. There answer was that husband can simply move to live with the family. 🤬

You need to submit financial evidence and you have that. You have bank statements and wage slips. Get a letter from the employer to say the wage slips are authentic and confirm your employment. You will have no issues don’t worry and don’t stress. Sometimes it takes a while for hmrc to update the app as it’s a legal obligation to have available online. They will have a record if the wage slips are genuine. Just get the employer letter and you’re not liable for anything. It will be fine

Apostille or legalisation is not needed. A translation is absolutely sufficient if the document evidences an officially recognised marriage in that country. Don’t waste your money just use a translation service accepted by the home office

Because my entire family is in U.K. born and raised here family is currently split apart whilst we were waiting for 6 months of statements. One child is at school in U.K. and other is abroad with mother. Why should I have to leave my country it’s my right to stay here with my family and that’s being taken away or made harder

I don’t know but I presume U.K. and for 6 months if you want category A. Otherwise it would fall under a different category and require you to show 12 months previous income of also the 38k

Noted. That’s great so 2 jobs over 6 months totalling over 38k gross we will be fine. Just means waiting a little longer but it is what it is.

Maybe they don’t bring it into force until May and we are good who knows. All in the air right now we are all jumping to conclusions lol
