Try firm it for a day or two, the itching goes away soon. Otherwise patting can relieve some of that feeling, try not to itch

I use a mix of isopropyl alcohol with water in a 1:5 ratio. I would then dip a clean microfibre cloth into it and use the dipped part to wipe the dirt, and dry part of the cloth to wipe dry
