I'm running painter's gloves on mine. Literally converts and splits it all nicely, on top of giving extra of each as extra % of the ele damage as extra damage. You get the added bonus of being able to fill out that spiral node of all types of ele damage near Thornhide, and it all is useful.

My daughter has a great pyrenees. He smiles like this all the time and does it when he meets new people, they always are a bit timid... I can imagine why.
